Return condition

You may inspect the product as you would in a retail store. However, if the product is used beyond what is necessary to check its nature, characteristics and functionality, you may be liable for any loss in value.

If card sleeves are returned used, damaged, scratched, bent, dirty, incomplete, or no longer in their original condition, we reserve the right to deduct an appropriate amount from the refund to reflect the diminished value.

Your statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.
